Brian F. LaBovick is a highly regarded and sometimes controversial attorney here in South Florida.  He is a member of the Florida Bar; the Federal Bar; the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, the District of Columbia Bar, and the Massachusetts Bar.  Mr. LaBovick has an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. The AV rating is the highest rank conferred to an attorney and reflects both the highest professional ability and highest ethical standards. Mr. LaBovick has been named a Super Lawyer multiple times by Super Lawyers Magazine and has been selected into Legal Elite by Legal Trend Magazine.  He is in the Million Dollar Advocates Club and was selected into the national Belli Society.  Locally he has held many Bar positions and chaired many committees, including being the President of the North Palm Beach County Bar Association and a director of the Palm Beach County Justice Association.  He is listed in Outstanding Lawyers of America and on the Top 100 Trial Lawyers list by the National Trial Lawyers Association.  He also has a perfect AVVO internet rating of 10 out of 10. 

Mr. LaBovick obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1987 and his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Miami School of Law in Florida in 1990.  He was one of two law students to be inducted into the National Order of the Barrister at graduation.  He was selected for the Honor’s Graduate Program at the United States Department of Justice where he began his legal career as a Federal Prosecutor.  After prosecuting cases for the DOJ he opened his practice in Jupiter, Florida in 1994.  The practice now has 7 attorneys and 35 office staff.  It handles cases in serious personal injury, social security disability, workers compensation, maritime injuries, and wrongful death claims.
